On April 30, 2025, Boromarajonani College of Nursing Nakhon Phanom, Nakhon Phanom University, organized a “Dhamma and Life” activity. This was part of the “Project for Promoting and Developing 21st Century Skills for Student Excellence,” under the topic “Guidelines for Living a Successful Worldly Life,” for students and staff. The event took place at the Police General Sanong… Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Chalermprakiat 7th Cycle Birthday Anniversary Building, Boromarajonani College of Nursing Nakhon Phanom, Nakhon Phanom University.
The event was honored by the presence of Dr. Supranee Sittikan, Dean of Boromarajonani College of Nursing Nakhon Phanom, along with Ms. Nathamon Jompang, Assistant Dean for Special Affairs and Organizational Image Promotion, and faculty members from the department, who warmly welcomed the guest speakers. Faculty members and students enthusiastically participated in the activity.
A distinguished panel of guest speakers delivered Dhamma talks, led by Kruba Chaiwat Akkachayo from Wat Pa Raksa Jai, Saraburi Province. He was accompanied by Kruba Morkorn, a former honors doctor from Surin Hospital; Kruba Home, a former pilot; Mae Chee Pumpui, a former medical technologist; and Mae Chee Nan, a former Korean Airlines flight attendant.
Additionally, the Kruba Chaiwat Foundation and CP ALL (7-Eleven) presented scholarships to virtuous nursing students of the college. This was intended to provide morale and encouragement in their studies, and to promote a mindful and balanced approach to both their academic and personal lives.
This activity reflected the college’s role as an institution that produces nursing graduates by focusing on developing life skills alongside professional learning. The aim is to cultivate healthcare personnel of quality and virtue, ready to create sustainable value for society.
