From May 26–27, 2025, the Boromarajonani College of Nursing Nakhon Phanom, Nakhon Phanom University, organized an activity titled “Curriculum Critique for the Revised Bachelor of Nursing Science Program (B.E. 2569).” The event was presided over by Dr. Supranee Suttikarn, Dean of the College, who delivered a welcome speech to the external experts and curriculum critique committee. Participating in the event were Assistant Professor Prapairat Kaewsiri, Associate Dean for Educational Development, along with the executive team, faculty members, curriculum committee members, and relevant staff. The activity was held both online and onsite at the Mueang Nakhon Phanom Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Chalerm Phrakiat Building (Celebrating the 7th Cycle Birthday Anniversary), Boromarajonani College of Nursing Nakhon Phanom, Nakhon Phanom University.
The curriculum presentation was led by Assistant Professor Dr. Chadarat Kaewwiangdet, Assistant Dean for Curriculum and Learning Support, together with the faculty responsible for the revised Bachelor of Nursing Science Program (B.E. 2569). These experts provided constructive feedback and suggestions for the program’s development, ensuring alignment with national higher education standards, including the ASEAN University Network Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) and the Thai Qualifications Framework (TQF). The goal was to make the program responsive to the evolving healthcare service system.
The primary objective of this activity was to ensure that the revised Bachelor of Nursing Science curriculum (B.E. 2569) meets quality standards and can effectively produce competent nursing graduates who are equipped for real-world practice. The program aims to meet the needs of society and the national healthcare system sustainably—locally, nationally, and internationally. Furthermore, it is designed to be adaptable to future changes in healthcare contexts and align with the direction of nursing profession development in the 21st century efficiently and appropriately.
