On 14 November 2025, Dr. Supranee Sittikarn, Dean of Nakhon Phanom Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Nakhon Phanom University, presided over a meeting of the Graduate Program Administrative Committee. The meeting focused on discussing strategies for developing and upgrading graduate programs to meet international standards and support education for international students.
The meeting brought together esteemed faculty members who exchanged perspectives and explored academic collaboration, including faculty from the Community Health Nursing Department; Asst. Prof. Pattana Phong Tira, Associate Dean for Student Affairs, Research, and Cultural Preservation, Faculty of Liberal Arts and Science, Nakhon Phanom University; and Dr. Punyacha Siwanipat, lecturer in Chinese Studies, Faculty of Liberal Arts and Science.
The College also welcomed representatives from Alibaba International Education Co., Ltd., including Ms. Papassorn Paiboonthitipornchai, Thai Coordinator, and Mr. Qingchao Sun, Chinese Coordinator, who joined the discussion to share ideas and explore potential collaboration on international education management.
The meeting aimed to promote opportunities for nurses from China—particularly from Shandong Province, Yunnan Province, and Kunming City—who possess nursing backgrounds and clinical experience, to pursue graduate studies at Nakhon Phanom Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Nakhon Phanom University. This initiative seeks to strengthen academic cooperation between Thailand and China in the field of nursing and elevate the College’s educational quality toward sustainable internationalization.
