On November 19, 2025, Dr. Supranee Sitthikan, Dean of Nakhon Phanom Boromarajonani College of Nursing, assigned Assistant Professor Darunneey Sawadichot, Assistant Dean for Academic Services, to preside over the opening ceremony and welcome students to the practical learning session aimed at strengthening essential professional skills for nurse assistants.
The activity was honored by the presence of Dr. Kantapob Buathong, Assistant to the President for Corporate Communications and International Relations at Nakhon Phanom University, and Mr. Vuttigon Praphatsarang, Audiovisual Academic Officer, who served as guest speakers. They conducted interactive sessions focused on communication skill development and effective teamwork. The sessions emphasized effective communication techniques, crisis communication, and communication in patient care, along with group-based simulation exercises that helped students understand their roles and collaborate appropriately within healthcare teams.
Additionally, the activity welcomed Mr. David England, who provided English language skill enhancement activities designed to build students’ confidence in using English within the professional context of nurse assisting.
This training aimed to strengthen students’ foundational competencies in communication, teamwork, and English, ensuring they are better prepared and more confident as they transition into real-world clinical practice in healthcare settings.
