During 9–11 December 2025, Boromarajonani College of Nursing Nakhon Phanom, Nakhon Phanom University, organized a special competency development activity under the topic “Professional Competency Development in Elderly Care” for students of the Certificate in Nurse Aide Program, Cohort 16.
Dr. Supranee Sithikan, Dean of Boromarajonani College of Nursing Nakhon Phanom, assigned
Asst. Prof. Phayom Sintsiri, Deputy Dean for Academic Services and Social Strengthening,
to preside over the opening ceremony of the activity for Semester 2/2025.
The program aimed to enhance students’ knowledge, understanding, and practical skills in elderly care, preparing them for future careers and supporting the needs of an aging society. Students also participated in a field study at the Nakhon Phanom Provincial Social Welfare Development Center for Older Persons to gain deeper insight into real-world elderly care services and welfare systems. The activity was held at Police General Sanong Watthanawarangkura Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Chalermphrakiat 7th Cycle Anniversary Building.

Owner of Roi Et Berlsing Home Elderly Care Center, Maha Sarakham Province,
who presented on “Elderly Care in Private Facilities and Care for Dependent Older Adults.”
