On July 18, 2025, Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Nakhon Phanom, under Nakhon Phanom University, organized the second phase of a workshop aimed at developing a system for workload analysis and performance agreements for support personnel. The event was officially opened by Dr. Supranee Sittikan, Dean of the College.
The objective of this project is to enhance the system for analyzing and reviewing the workload of support staff, ensuring the balance between workforce size, workload volume, and working time. This will enable the college to manage human resources more efficiently, improve work quality, and achieve the maximum benefit for the institution. It also aims to prepare support staff for the creation of clear, concrete, and mission-aligned performance agreements tailored to each individual being evaluated.
During the workshop, all participants were encouraged to present their own workload details. These presentations were guided and advised by the Dean, Associate Dean for Administration – Asst. Prof. Patchanee Somkamlang, and the college’s personnel office. The event was held at De Princess Hotel, Udon Thani Province.
This initiative is part of an ongoing effort to enhance the operational effectiveness of support staff and to promote a better understanding of their duties and responsibilities. Ultimately, this contributes to the successful achievement of the college’s mission.
