วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนีนครพนม มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม ให้ความสำคัญสูงสุดกับการพัฒนาบุคลากรและยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของพนักงานทุกคน ซึ่งเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนภารกิจด้านการศึกษาและการบริการสุขภาพให้บรรลุผลสำเร็จ ด้วยความตระหนักในหลักการของการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs) โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง เป้าหมายที่ 11: เมืองและถิ่นฐานมนุษย์ที่ยั่งยืน (SDG 11) และการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่ดี (SDG 8: งานที่มีคุณค่าและการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจ) วิทยาลัยฯ จึงได้ดำเนินการส่งเสริม “ที่อยู่อาศัยราคาย่อมเยาสำหรับบุคลากร” (Affordable Housing for Employees) อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
มาตรการสวัสดิการที่อยู่อาศัย: หอพักบุคลากรโดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่าย
เพื่อตอบสนองต่อเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนในการสร้างความมั่นคงในชีวิต (Target 11.1: การเข้าถึงที่อยู่อาศัยที่เพียงพอ ปลอดภัย และราคาที่สามารถเข้าถึงได้) วิทยาลัยฯ ได้จัดสรรสวัสดิการพิเศษสำหรับบุคลากร โดยการดำเนินการ ดังนี้
- จัดเตรียมหอพักบุคลากร: วิทยาลัยฯ ได้จัดอาคารหอพักสำหรับบุคลากร เพื่อเป็นที่พักอาศัยที่ปลอดภัยและมีมาตรฐาน
- สวัสดิการ ‘ที่พักฟรี’: หอพักบุคลากรดังกล่าว ไม่มีการคิดค่าใช้จ่าย สำหรับการเข้าพักอาศัย โดยถือเป็นสวัสดิการและสิทธิประโยชน์ที่วิทยาลัยฯ มอบให้แก่พนักงานโดยตรง
Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Nakhon Phanom University, places paramount importance on staff development and enhancing the quality of life for all employees, who are the key force driving the College’s mission in education and health services. Recognizing the principles of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities (SDG 11), and the creation of a positive working environment (SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth), the College has implemented a concrete initiative to promote “Affordable Housing for Employees.”
Housing Welfare Measure: Cost-Free Staff Dormitory
To align with the SDG objective of ensuring life stability (Target 11.1: ensuring access for all to adequate, safe and affordable housing and basic services), the College has provided a special welfare benefit for its personnel through the following measures:

Provision of Staff Dormitories: The College has allocated dormitory buildings specifically to serve as safe and standardized residences for its staff.

‘Free Accommodation’ Welfare: The use of these staff dormitories is offered without any charge for accommodation, establishing it as a direct welfare benefit and privilege provided by the College to its employees.
