ระหว่างวันที่ 28 – 31 ตุลาคม 2567 มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม โดย ผศ.ดร.รุ้งลาวัลย์ เอี่ยมกุศลกิจ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายกิจการพิเศษและประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาและรักษาราชการแทนคณบดีวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนีนครพนม พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารคณาจารย์ นักศึกษา เข้าร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการวิจัยร่วมกับคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกียวโต โดยได้รับเกียรติ จาก Professor Yasuyaki Kono, Ph.D. (Vice president of International Strategy) ให้เกียรติต้อนรับและพาเข้าศึกษาดูงาน ซึ่งมีAssociate Prof. Dr. Misa และ Assistant Prof. Dr. Kazuya Taira จาก Innovative Public Health Nursing เป็นผู้นำการบรรยายและแลกเปลี่ยนการจัดการเรียนการสอนหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตร์และแลกเปลี่ยนประเด็นการเรียนการสอนและการวิจัยกับคณาจารย์และนักศึกษาพยาบาลทั้งตัวแทนนักศึกษาพยาบาลวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนีนครพนม มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม และนักศึกษาพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยเกียวโต ประเทศญี่ปุ่น และนำเสนอผลงานวิชาการและแลกเปลี่ยนประเด็นความรู้และการวิจัยทางสุขภาพ โดยมีนักศึกษาจากวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนีนครพนมร่วมนำเสนองานวิจัย 2 เรื่อง ได้แก่ 1) Effects of Music Therapy on Depression in Older Adults โดยมี นางสาวพรไพลิน วงค์ภูธร นางสาวนัทธมน เลี้ยงเสรี และนางสาวปวริศา เลี่ยมรัตน์ และมีอาจารย์ สมเกียรติ สุทธรัตน์ และผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.รุ้งลาวัลย์ เอี่ยมกุศลกิจ เป็นอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา 2) The Effect of “21 Days Changed Me” Program On Self-Esteem Among Nursing Students at Boromarajonani College of NursingNakhon Phenom, Nakhon Phanom University โดยมี นายคณิน เสนจันตะ นางสาวอันนา สุทธายน และนางสาวศุภากาญจน์ เพ็งจันทร์ และมีอาจารย์ณัฐธยาวดี สารบูรณ์ อาจารย์ชลินดา พัชรสุข เป็นอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา ทั้งนี้ อาจารย์ชลินดา พัชรสุข รองคณบดีฝ่ายส่งเสริมและพัฒนานักศึกษา และ ผศ.ดร.สุรชัย เฉนียง ผู้ช่วยคณบดีฝ่ายวิเทศสัมพันธ์ พร้อมคณาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาร่วมเป็นผู้สนับสนุนและนำนักศึกษาเสนอผลงานในครั้งนี้พร้อมทั้งร่วมศึกษาวัฒนธรรมบริบทชุมชนในญี่ปุ่น ภายใต้ความร่วมมือระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยเกียวโตกับมหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม ณ มหาวิทยาลัยเกียวโต ประเทศญี่ปุ่น
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการนำเสนอความคืบหน้าของโครงการวิจัยที่ทำร่วมกับ Center for Southeast Asian Studies (CSEAS), Kyoto University ภายใต้งานวิจัย “The Relationship between the economy society and the environment in rural Thailand: A survey of economic growth process over a 40-year period” ซึ่งมี Prof. Dr. Kono Yasuyuki หัวหน้าโครงการ พร้อมด้วย ผศ.ดร.โสรัจจ์ ประวีณวงศ์วุฒิ ผอ.ศูนย์ศึกษา GMS, ผศ.ดร.เบญจยามาศ พิลายนต์ ผู้ช่วยคณบดีฝ่ายประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา และ ผศ.ดร.นิสิต โพธิ์สุวรรณ ร่วมวิจัยและนำเสนอ โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมจากมหาวิทยาลัยเกียวโตให้ความสนใจแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้อย่างอบอุ่น
BCNN Nakhon Phanom Expands Research and Academic Collaboration with Kyoto University, Japan
Between October 28–31, 2024, Nakhon Phanom University, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Runglawon Eamkusolkit, Vice President for Special Affairs and Educational Quality Assurance, and Acting Dean of Boromarajonani College of Nursing Nakhon Phanom (BCNN), together with administrators, faculty members, and students, visited Kyoto University, Japan, to participate in academic exchange activities on nursing education and research collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine, Kyoto University.
The delegation was warmly welcomed by Professor Yasuyuki Kono, Ph.D., Vice President for International Strategy, who hosted the visit and facilitated academic discussions and site observations. Academic exchange sessions were led by Associate Professor Dr. Misa and Assistant Professor Dr. Kazuya Taira from the Division of Innovative Public Health Nursing, who delivered lectures and shared experiences in nursing education management and research. The sessions also featured academic exchanges between nursing faculty members and students from both institutions—Boromarajonani College of Nursing Nakhon Phanom and Kyoto University—promoting mutual learning and collaboration in nursing education and health research.
During the visit, students from BCNN Nakhon Phanom presented two research projects:
“Effects of Music Therapy on Depression in Older Adults” by Ms. Pornpailin Wongputhorn, Ms. Natthamon Liangseri, and Ms. Pawarisa Liamrat, supervised by Mr. Somkiat Suttarat and Assistant Professor Dr. Runglawan Iamkusolkij.
“The Effect of the ‘21 Days Changed Me’ Program on Self-Esteem among Nursing Students at Boromarajonani College of Nursing Nakhon Phanom, Nakhon Phanom University” by Mr. Khanin Senjanta, Ms. Anna Sutthayan, and Ms. Supakan Pengchan, supervised by Ms. Natthayawadee Saraboon and Ms. Chalida Patcharasuk.
The delegation was further supported by Ms. Chalida Patcharasuk, Associate Dean for Student Development, and Assistant Professor Dr. Surachai Chaniang, Assistant Dean for International Relations, along with faculty advisors, who guided and encouraged students during the presentations. The group also participated in cultural immersion activities to study the community and social context in Japan, strengthening cross-cultural understanding and academic cooperation between Kyoto University and Nakhon Phanom University.
In addition, progress was presented on a joint research project with the Center for Southeast Asian Studies (CSEAS), Kyoto University, titled “The Relationship between the Economy, Society, and the Environment in Rural Thailand: A Survey of Economic Growth Processes over a 40-Year Period.” The project is led by Professor Dr. Yasuyuki Kono, with contributions from Assistant Professor Dr. Sorach Praveenwongwut, Director of the GMS Studies Center; Assistant Professor Dr. Benjayamas Pilayont, Assistant Dean for Educational Quality Assurance; and Assistant Professor Dr. Nisit Phosuwan. The presentation received great interest and active engagement from Kyoto University participants, marking another step forward in strengthening international academic and research collaboration between the two institutions.
