วันที่ 26 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2568 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนีนครพนม มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม ได้จัดการประชุมชมรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุ ประจำปี 2568 โดยดร.สุปราณี สุทธิกานต์ คณบดีวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนีนครพนม มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม มอบหมายให้ นางประพัฒน์พร ชาลีวรรณ ประธานชุมรมผู้สูงอายุวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนีนครพนม เป็นประธานในการประชุมครั้งนี้เพื่อประชุมขับเคลื่อนและพิจารณาแนวทางการดำเนินกิจกรรมเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุในพื้นที่ และร่วมกันแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการชมรมชุดใหม่ให้สามารถขับเคลื่อนภารกิจได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพโดยมีคณะกรรมการผู้สูงอายุจากชุมชนในพื้นที่ รวมถึงอาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ และบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง บรรยากาศการประชุมเต็มไปด้วยความอบอุ่น เป็นกันเอง และมีการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นอย่างสร้างสรรค์ ณ ห้องประชุมศรีโคตรบุรีรัตน์ ชั้น 9 อาคารเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 7 รอบพระชนมพรรษา วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนีนครพนม
หนึ่งในวาระสำคัญของการประชุมในครั้งนี้ คือ การตั้งชื่อชมรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุ ซึ่งที่ประชุมมีมติเป็นเอกฉันท์ให้ใช้ชื่อว่า “กันเกราสร้างสุข” โดยได้รับแรงบันดาลใจจาก “ต้นกันเกรา” ซึ่งเป็นต้นไม้ประจำของมหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม และจังหวัดนครพนม อันเป็นสัญลักษณ์แห่งความมั่นคง แข็งแรง และการเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน ชื่อชมรมจึงสะท้อนถึงเจตนารมณ์ในการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ เสริมสร้างความสุข และยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนให้ดีขึ้นอย่างมีคุณค่าและความหมาย นอกจากนี้ ที่ประชุมยังได้พิจารณาวาระสำคัญอื่น ๆ ประกอบด้วย การจัดทำคำสั่งแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการชมรม ประจำปี พ.ศ.2568 การออกแบบตราสัญลักษณ์ของชมรม การจัดทำระเบียบข้อบังคับของชมรม แนวทางการประชาสัมพันธ์และรับสมัครสมาชิกชมรม การจัดทำแผนงานและกิจกรรมของชมรม ประจำปี พ.ศ.2568 และปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2569 รวมถึงการจัดทำเว็บเพจของชมรมเพื่อใช้เป็นช่องทางสื่อสารและสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมกับสมาชิกและชุมชนอย่างต่อเนื่อง
นอกจากนี้ ยังได้มีคณะอาจารย์และเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบริการวิชาการและเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งแก่สังคม นำโดยอาจารย์พยอม สินธุศิริ มอบหมายให้อาจารย์ดัชนี สุวรรณคม อาจารย์สุขมาพร พึ่งผาสุก และนางสาวกรรณิการ์ นนทวงศรี เข้าร่วมประชุมเพื่อให้ข้อเสนอแนะและแนวทางสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของชมรม ได้แก่ การจัดประชุมครั้งนี้นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งกิจกรรมสำคัญที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงบทบาทของวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนีนครพนม ในการขับเคลื่อนพันธกิจด้านบริการวิชาการแก่สังคม โดยเน้นการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน พัฒนาความรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และสนับสนุนให้ผู้สูงอายุมีความเป็นอยู่ที่ดี ทั้งในด้านร่างกาย จิตใจ และสังคม
ทางวิทยาลัยฯ ยังคงมุ่งมั่นเดินหน้าสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับภาคีในพื้นที่ เพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาวะของประชาชนทุกช่วงวัย และเตรียมความพร้อมรับมือกับสังคมผู้สูงอายุในอนาคตอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
Boromarajonani College of Nursing Nakhon Phanom Holds 2025 Elderly Health Promotion Club Meeting and Names the Club “Kangrao Sang Suk” to Empower Community Engagement for a Quality Aging Society
On May 26, 2025, Boromarajonani College of Nursing Nakhon Phanom, Nakhon Phanom University, organized the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Elderly Health Promotion Club. Dr. Supranee Sittikan, Dean of the college, appointed Mrs. Praphatporn Chaleewan, Chairperson of the Elderly Club at the college, to preside over the meeting. The gathering aimed to discuss and plan activities to enhance the quality of life for the elderly in the community, as well as to appoint a new committee to effectively carry out the club’s mission. The meeting was attended by community elder representatives, faculty, staff, and relevant personnel. The atmosphere was warm, friendly, and encouraged creative exchange of ideas at the Srikotburirat Conference Room, 9th Floor, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn’s 7th Cycle Birthday Anniversary Building, Boromarajonani College of Nursing Nakhon Phanom.
A key agenda of the meeting was naming the Elderly Health Promotion Club, with unanimous approval for the name: “Kangrao Sang Suk”. The name was inspired by the Kangrao Tree, a symbol of stability, strength, and sustainable growth, which is significant to both Nakhon Phanom University and Nakhon Phanom Province. The club’s name reflects its commitment to promoting health, enhancing happiness, and improving the quality of life of the elderly in the community in a meaningful way.

Appointment of the club committee for 2025
Designing the club’s emblem
Drafting the club’s regulations
Strategies for publicity and member recruitment
Planning the club’s annual activities for 2025 and fiscal year 2026
Developing a club webpage to communicate and engage with members and the community continuously
Additionally, faculty and staff from the Academic Service and Community Strengthening Division, led by Lecturer Phayom Sindhusiri, assigned Lect. Dachanee Suwankom, Lect. Sukmaporn Phuengphasuk, and Ms. Kannika Nontawongsi to join the meeting to provide guidance and recommendations for supporting the club’s operations.
This meeting demonstrates the college’s commitment to its academic service mission, emphasizing community participation, health education, and support for the well-being of the elderly—physically, mentally, and socially.
The college continues to strengthen networks and partnerships within the community, promoting wellness across all age groups and preparing effectively for the future aging society.
